Lil’ Blue is nestled on the east side of Downtown Loveland, Colorado. You'll love your stay at this completely updated & charming home with an amazing backyard, featuring a hot tub to enjoy the beautiful Colorado landscape. But that's not all - indulge in ultimate relaxation in our hidden gem: a private hot tub that can accommodate up to four guests. Soak in the crisp mountain air and let your worries melt away. Plus, we've got you covered with bicycles to explore the stunning surroundings during your stay.

Lil’ Blue is nestled on the east side of Downtown Loveland, Colorado. Enjoy convenient access to local restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, shopping, entertainment, and the Loveland Bike Path (bikes included). There's so much to do right here in town, or take a short 45-minute drive up Big Thompson Canyon to the cute little mountain town of Estes Park & enjoy endless fun in Rocky Mountain National Park!

We do accept dogs with a $100 pet fee per dog up to 2 dogs, and a $100 refundable security deposit. Please let us know if you plan on bringing a dog.

Guests can ride the provided bicycles to tons of local restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, shopping, and entertainment, or hop on the Loveland Bike Path to go even further!

Great property!

This property is super cute, and convenient to restaurants and parks. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. We brought along our dogs and the backyard was a very nice and secure space for them. The property had everything we needed.
