●This vacation rental has a Manhattan Beach business license allowing for short-term stays. TOT taxes of 14% will apply.

●Please note, this is a quiet neighborhood and city quiet hours are from 9pm-8am. No events, parties or loud music are permitted in this home. Unit equipped with Noiseware smart home device that detects noise levels.
Violations will result in eviction, with no refund. Extra cleaning charges apply for excessive dirt, stains, or damages.

●No outside guest(s) allowed. Only the number of people in your reservation are allowed in the home, unless approved by the host. Should the number of guests on the property exceed the amount in the reservation, the reservation will be canceled immediately at host's discretion with no refund.

●This is a non-smoking property, smoking is prohibited in units and on balconies or decks per the Manhattan Beach smoking ordinance.

●We cannot accommodate pets

●Our cleaning staff arrives promptly at checkout to prepare for our next guests. There will be a late checkout charge of $150 for the first 30 minutes, and a charge of $150 for each 30 mins thereafter, unless complimentary check-out has been given by the host prior.

●Guests who violate the rules or who do not check out on time, or cancel the reservation, forfeit their right to leave a public review.
