Only minutes from Incline Golf and Frisby Golf courses, Incline Bowling, and the Hyatt Hotel & Spa, and their Best Restaurants. The Yummy Lone Eagle Restaurant drops right on the Lake (so be sure to check the outdoor lakeside conversational fire pit!) Take a few minute drive or bike ride to Tunnel Creek, an ADA Compliant trail that leads out as far as Sand Harbor Beach and beyond! Hike just up the hill at Tunnel Creek past the famous Monkey Rock to the Tahoe Rim Trail. Diamond Peak Ski Resort, with breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe, is a 7-minute drive or take the available shuttle! Mt Rose with its vertigo-like spectacular easternly valley views, is a 12-minute drive. 14-miles will get you to NorthStar, and 23- miles to Palisades (Squaw) & Alpine Meadows, and 26 to Heavenly. They are all top Ski Resorts and offer summer hikes and bike trail challenges as well!

THE SECOND BEDROOM-with a queen bed and full closet and has a full bath with shower directly across the hall.
THE KITCHEN is fully equipped for any cook, and their guests and includes a Microwave, Slow Cooker, Toaster, Drip Coffee Maker, & Espresso Machine, and a hidden stacked Whirlpool Washer & Dryer in the adjoining closet.
DINING ROOM- is set for 4 and can take 6, with a built-in buffet & counter for more drop-in dinner guests!
LIVING ROOM-Offers Mountain Cozy Relaxation, with comfortable seating on warm wool carpeting, and featuring a remote-controlled fireplace and a Streaming Smart TV for your total enjoyment. and relaxation.

BEAR & FIRE COUNTRY -Care with food and condo entries, along with depositing all food remains in designated bear proof dumpsters.
PARKING-Please Park in the designated areas only, with Parking Passes visibly displayed. Remember to return both passes upon departure (fees if not returned)!
