Disappointed in this bedbug infested dangerous floored house

Upon arrival, I noticed the burn holes and broken bench in the kitchen area. Took pics and started looking around. I was informed that the shower curtain was down upstairs bathroom. Took additional pics and notified the host. When attempting to send pics, found a text from Host that delivery at front door was for our stay, bring items in. Maid service gone for the day. 2 cases of paper towels received, no bathroom tissue. My 79 year old mother was changing for her first hot tub experience. Contacted host because hot tub never heated. Phone time and texts to resolve. Fast forward to Friday evening around 4:30. Technician stated pump out, no hot tub after management company stated hot tub was serviced before arrival. Explained to host, why property selected and we were paying for something we didn’t get to enjoy during our stay. The two sofa beds that were advertised, downstairs living area, do not exist. I did not look upstairs. We were sleeping 12, loss of sleeping area. The bed bugs were in the upstairs bathroom and both bed rooms to the right on the 2nd floor. Both occupants brought them to me, snapped photos and sent to host. There are also photos of bites of one guest who slept upon arrival until she brought down bed bug in a ziplock Friday morning. Stains from a liquid on bedroom floor, headboard and night stand, pics snapped and sent to host. Host/Management company questioned why I did not snap those pics Thurs night, insinuating that the splash
