You will be short golf cart ride to a number of championship and executive golf courses. The Magnolia Shopping center is only 4 min away for your essential needs. We provide one complementary golf cart for your usage, after you have signed a golf cart waiver.

Home was nice comfortable. Easy location. Convenient to shopping and an easy cart ride to all the new areas of the Villages. So many things to do while staying there.. Absolutely would rent this again!

Location + Three King Size Beds + Three Bathrooms

The location was perfect; We enjoyed exploring the area and found lots of amenities just a short golf cart ride away. Big bedrooms and a bathroom for each; It’s rare to find three king size beds and bathrooms for each so this was a perfect fit for our needs. The exterior of the home and landscape seemed neglected compared to the rest of the neighborhood. Thanks to Lee and Rachel for allowing us to stay in their beautiful home.

Beautiful house, top notch golf cart, great location, owner a pleasure!!

Owner was a pleasure to deal with and easy to contact. Home was beautiful and spotless. Golf cart was top notch. Home is in a great location being close to shopping and a golf cart ride away from Brownwood square, pools, rec centers, tennis/pickleball courts, golf. Would rent this house again. Wouldn't have to think twice about it.

Get Away

Good unit for 3 couples. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Great to have laundry available as only one towel per person given. Kitchen could use towels. A table to eat at on the porch would be nice and furniture or more hangers in the bedrooms. TV in bedrooms 2&3 would also be great. Golf cart was fun
