Nestled on 2 acres, the 1,700 sf farmhouse is equipped with a full kitchen, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, microwave and a Smart TV. A Keurig is provided along with coffee. There are two full bathrooms as well as a washer and dryer onsite, and yes there is central air & heat! Guests will have access to the entire house and large shaded yard. You will find a BBQ grill and utensils under the carport. There is ample parking on the property, even if you bring a boat. Wifi is available.

Cozy little house

The house was perfect for our family visit to the area. We were right between College Station where our son goes and Magnolia where we have extended family. The beds were comfortable. If we ever need to come back to the Montgomery area, we would stay here again.
