Welcome to your ocean-view Caribbean home away from home at Point Pleasant Resort, D35.

This spacious 1-bedroom ocean-view villa offers free 100mb Wi-Fi, beautiful ocean and island views from almost anywhere in the unit, and a large wraparound balcony designed for a relaxing St. Thomas getaway. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, small families, or remote business travelers, D35 sleeps up to 4 guests and provides a comfortable upper-resort setting with beautiful views throughout.

The entrance to D35 is one flight of stairs down from street level. Inside, the villa features a king bedroom with TV, ceiling fan, and privacy shutters that can close off the bedroom from the living area. The bathroom with tub/shower combination is located near the entrance, and a few steps down lead to the kitchen and main living spaces. The living area includes a sofa sleeper, two chairs, TV, and DVD player, while the fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 4, and additional stool seating for 2 make it easy to enjoy meals with a view.

One of D35’s standout features is the large wraparound balcony, which includes a loveseat rocker, two lounge chairs, and two outdoor dining tables with seating for four each, making it the perfect place to relax in the ocean breezes and take in the island scenery. Point Pleasant Resort is approximately 8 miles from the airport. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the lobby. Shuttle service operates throughout the 15-acre property, and the resort is also close to Coki Beach, Coral World Ocean Park and Aquarium, the ferry to St. John, and Magens Bay.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and smoking is prohibited in public areas and inside condominium units. Fantastic stay on St. Thomas at Point Pleasant!!

We’ll kept grounds among the hill side overlooking the bay. Views are stunning. Convenient location to grocery store, Ferry and several beautiful beaches. Lots of amenities (3 pools, restaurant/ grill, small store).

We were fortunate enough to spend a month at Point Pleasant, what a great location. Our stay included visiting many different beaches and sites around St. Thomas. The staff were always available and very accommodating. We plan to return next year.

What a great spot! The view from the unit is unparalleled. The unit is close to a lovely pool, and the restaurants on the Point Pleasant property were delicious. Coki beach nearby was incredible! This is a lovely spot to stay, and we will be back.

The views really are breathtaking and the unit was very nice and clean. We loved the stay and only had a bit of a battle with keeping the show temperature steady but otherwise great unit and located near lots of great beaches and Red Hook.

Over all our stay was great. Only wish the property had a sandy beach. What is called Sugar beach, really isn’t a beach. The unit was as advertised. Remember to bring your own cone coffee filters. We could not find any on the island. We enjoyed our stay.

Loved our week here. Bed was comfy and view was spectacular!! Only feedback is the coffee maker requires cone filters and the wrong ones were in the cabinet - Caused grounds in the coffee. Obviously not even close to a negative but wanted to bring it to your attention. Thanks for an amazing week.

When can I go back???

We loved this entire property and especially our place. Drop dead views. Updated bathroom and kitchen. Bed was super comfy. Kitchen had all we needed. Counted 250 steps down to the tiny but beautiful beach. We loved the steps but you could easily get a ride too. Felt safe. Spent a ton of time on the balcony. Coki is an easy walk. The pools are great. Enjoyed the nature walk! Visited the Grille a few times and it was fun! Would love to stay here again! There are rolling blackouts - happened twice in 5 days for about 3 hours. Loved. Every. Minute. Being. Here!!!

Incredible View

Easy check in. The staff are wonderful. Has a lobby you can buy water and drinks from, also has a few swim suits you can buy or rent coolers. The room has the most incredible view and balcony. This is where we spent our time when we stayed in. We only used the hilltop pool and it was great. The bed was comfy and the ac worked great. Our room had a sofa sleeper but no extra sheets or blankets and we couldn't get the DVD player to work. Our only negative experience was trying to go to brunch at the on-site restaurant. I knew you needed dinner reservations but not for brunch. We got there about 15 minutes after opening and they told us they couldn't seat us without reservations. The hostess was not very friendly. We otherwise enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Amazing Vacation

Loved the view! Resort is on the side of a mountain, so if you have trouble walking up steep hills or uneven steps this may not be the place for you. They did provide a shuttle that would come get you and if you called a taxi they would pick you right up at your room. We stayed in 35D. It was not fancy but was very clean, had the essentials and had a breath taking view. It is higher up on the resort. The resort bar had very good food and service, but they played music so very loud. It was hard to hold a conversation. Don't waste your time at the fancy dinner place. We went for Brunch, service was awful and food was just ok. Seemed like everyone in the place was also dissatisfied. The workers at the front desk were always amazing and the shuttle driver in the resort was so kind and welcoming. The beach is in walking distance and we enjoyed the vibe there. You can rent chairs and umbrellas right on the beach. St. Thomas is a beautiful place be sure you check out all it has to offer. We would defiantly stay at the resort again!

We really enjoyed our stay in D35 at Pleasant Point. It's situated high up on the hillside with a spectacular view of the ocean and Water Bay. You can see both the sunrise and sunset, plus many rainbows during and after brief rains. The ocean breeze helps cool off the place, we did not need to use the AC after the first night once we acclimated to the climate (coming from negative temperatures in Wisconsin). We spent a lot of time on the wrap-around balcony enjoying the view and beautiful island weather when we were at the villa. There's a pull-out sofa bed and a king sized bed, which accommodated our family of four. Kitchen is well equipped with dishes, cooking utensils, cookware, microwave, electric range, coffee maker (plus filters) and tea kettle. A dish drainer was stored below the sink and dish soap provided. The unit was very clean. The parking lot is nearby, and the stairway to the upper level pool. Once oriented, it was easy to navigate the property on foot and by car. The Point Pleasant staff are all very friendly, helpful and prompt. You can walk from the villa to Coki Point Beach, we did that twice. There are stone stairways lit by light strands to get around on foot, or you can call for a shuttle ride (we did not do that). We ate at one of the on-site restaurants twice, Sun and Sea, where I had probably the best chicken sandwich I've ever tried. Kudos to the landscapers, they do an excellent job. Convenient location in Red Hook. Highly recommend!

5th Anniversary Trip

My husband & I honeymooned in the Virgin Islands five years ago & we’ve come back every year for typically a two week stay. We stayed at Point Pleasant for our honeymoon & have stayed other places over the years but decided to stay back where it all started for our anniversary! The condo was very nice, recently updated & very clean! You can lay in bed & see through the full wall of sliding glass doors to see the view plus there are patio chairs & plenty of seating in the condo as well! From the room you have a great view of Coki Point & Coral World. This isn’t reflective of the condo but just a heads up for anyone looking to stay- for several nights in a row there was a catamaran parked in the bay down below that played very loud music. Luckily it usually ended around 8pm. Coki beach had a DJ on a Sunday that ended around 10pm but it was loud enough to hear over the TV. The condo had salt & pepper & we left the coffee we bought for the next person. Previous condos we’ve stayed in have had left over items but that could just be due to how frequent the condo is rented. Just a heads up for anyone looking to cook some of their meals throughout the week. Another tip for anyone looking to stay- make sure you bring any beach chairs, toys or inflatables that you want for the duration of your stay. All & all, we would stay in this condo again! It’s 5 mins from Redhook, the car/people ferry, 20mins from Charlotte Amalie & just down from some of the best beaches! Enjoy!

Amazing views

The views in this place were out of this world. That alone was worth the stay. Everybody I dealt with was so friendly and accommodating. Willie the shuttle driver was awesome! The staff at Shoreline were awesome. It was walking distance to Coki Beach and a 10 min taxi ride to Red Hook. Such a great location! The unit itself was clean and updated and again I can't say enough about the views. Would 10/10 recommend

Breathtaking views!

The property is well maintained and nicely appointed. We had a gorgeous view of the sea from our private balcony and enjoyed our morning breakfast while taking it in each day. The staff at Point Pleasant are welcoming and gracious hosts. After touring the rest of the island, we were very happy to be where we were!
