The living room is a stylish and inviting space, furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed and a 55-inch TV, perfect for relaxing and entertainment. The dining area, with a table for four, is ideal for intimate meals, while the adjoining balcony presents breathtaking views of the city, adding an urban charm to your stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for your culinary explorations, including cooking basics, crockery, and cutlery. Modern appliances such as a freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, oven, and an electric stove are provided. An espresso coffee machine is available for your morning coffee indulgence.
The apartment includes a bathroom with a bathtub and an additional guest toilet, offering both style and functionality.
Practical amenities such as a washing machine, iron, wardrobe, and hangers are provided to ensure a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Central AC keeps the space cool and comfortable, making it a perfect urban retreat.

Nearly 499 feet tall, Laguna Tower is a prominent landmark in Cluster A of Jumeirah Lake Towers, which is situated on the world-famous Sheikh Zayed Road. If you're looking for a quiet place to live, this tower has everything you need. Access to exclusive parking spots, fast elevators, and round-the-clock security is all at your disposal. There is a sauna, a fitness club, a pool, and a play area for the kids, all of which are available to the residents.
Major landmarks around the property include Ain Dubai, Jebel Ali Racecourse, and Ski Dubai.
Laguna Tower is located close to Sheikh Zayed Road which allows residents with cars, easy access to nearby neighborhoods. Several bus, tram and metro stations are also located at a convenient distance.
- BUS STATIONS NEAR LAGUNA TOWER:
Residents who travel via bus can walk to several nearby stops. The closest one is The Dome Tower bus stop, located at a 3-minute walk. The Dubai Star Tower stop is also located close to the building at a 5-minute walk. Residents can also walk to JLT, Silver Tower bus stop in 9 minutes.
- METRO STATIONS NEAR LAGUNA TOWER:
Several stations of the Red Line Metro are located along Sheikh Zayed Road. The nearest is DMCC Metro Station 1 at a 7-minute drive. Other stations within a short distance are Nakheel and DAMAC Properties Metro Station, averaging at 8 minutes via car.
- TRAM STATIONS NEAR LAGUNA TOWER:
Located within a 10-minute drive, there are several tram stops for those who use them for travelling. The nearest is Jumeirah Lake Towers stop at 8 minutes away. Both Jumeirah Beach Residence 2 stop and Dubai Marina Mall stop take 9 minutes to reach by car.

Jumeirah Lake Towers, commonly known as JLT, is a sought-after mixed-use community of Dubai. A project of Dubai Multi Commodities Center – DMCC, it is set around four man-made lakes and an area for parkland. With an easygoing community vibe and a range of amenities, JLT has become an ideal residential community for families as well as individuals who want to live close to the bustling Dubai Marina.Main attractions in the area include: Dubai Marina Mall, Ibn Battuta Mall, JBR Beach, Phobia Dubai, Escape Quest, JLT Park, and a wide range of restaurants and cafés in the area.The community offers direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road that makes the rest of Dubai more reachable. The residential hubs like Dubai Marina and JBR are minutes away from JLT if you are driving via First Al Khail Street. Also, There is the DMCC Metro Station which is right next to Cluster D and then the Sobha Realty Metro Station next to Cluster S. For other clusters there are the feeder buses JLT1 and JLT2 which are conveniently dotted through the area.
