Whether you’re in town for business, a romantic getaway or with family you can relax at this semi-secluded rustic modern cabin (1 Queen Bedroom. Cabin can sleep 4 total to include luxury queen sofa bed and 1 twin bed) overlooking a beautiful pond and situated on over 3 private acres.
The space
This hexagon shaped cabin is one of a kind offering campfires and games and fun for the entire family including corn hole, pool and ping pong table. Minutes from Robins Air Force Base, Museum of Aviation, Rigby's Water Park, Little League Southeast Park, Georgia National Fairgrounds and Park. Park newly remodeled in 2022 directly across the street with Splash Pad ADA compatible, Pickleball Courts, and state-of-the-art playground.
Guest access : Entire 3+ acres plus cabin and its amenities are included in this rental. Please make yourself at home.
Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE you will see a HOT TUB at the cabin however IT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE AMENITIES. Therefore, house guests do not have access.

Potential for noise: On corner lot with access to major road and 2nd access (currently closed) to street in neighborhood.

Please note if any problems arise I will do my best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. However, I am just a text or phone call away and I live within 5 mins of the property.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Set the AC to 69 degrees in autumn and winter and 80 degrees in spring and summer just before checking out.
- Turn off all small appliances before checkout.
- Ensure safety when building fires. Make sure the fires are completely out before leaving them unattended.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- Don't move furniture as it can damage furniture/floors - Remove all trash prior to check-out - Bag garbage and carry to dumpster in parking lot
- Use (2) designated grilling areas, not deck - Ensure fires are out prior to leaving unattended - Wash all dishes and remove food/drinks in fridge
-Do not move/push, sit/lay on or place drinks/food on the pool table -Strip beds of any used bedding and gather used towels and place in laundry area

Jaydon's Pond

Check in was easy, Ms TiTi had everything set up prior to our arrival. The cabin was very clean and neat. The furniture was nice, and we loved the pool table. There is a deck out back that had comfortable rockers and a dining area. There was also a propane fire pit that kept the chill off while we sat. The view from the deck was great, it overlooked the pond. There was plenty of parking for our vehicle, and for my family when they visited. Thank you!

My boyfriend and I came to stay the weekend and we had the best time! This house has everything, pond with fishing equipment, pool table, fire pit (gas one on deck and wood one on ground), corn hole, hammocks, grill, smoker, all of the equipment in the kitchen you could ever need including birthday candles and tons of ice! TITI really just thought of everything! We loved this house it made us really fall in love with Georgia, we will definitely be coming back! I couldn’t recommend Jadon’s pond enough. TITI’s hospitality was unmatched and she made communication so easy!! 1000/10
