Some must-visit attractions nearby include Yacht Club Community Park, Edison & Ford Winter Estates, The Forest Country Club Golf, The Shell Factory And Nature Park, Fleamasters Fleamarket, Bowditch Point Park, and Hertz Arena.

When it comes to outdoor living, this home does not miss! The screened lanai houses a sparkling outdoor pool and poolside loungers! As you enter this snowbird-friendly retreat, you will discover a spacious living area where you all can spread out comfortably after a refreshing evening in the pool; watch a fun show on the TV, plan your next adventures, or break out any of the provided board games for an entertaining time with your loved ones. When mealtime comes, the kitchen will have your back! It's been appointed with granite counters, a breakfast nook overlooking the pool and canal, and all the major appliances needed to prepare culinary masterpieces. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
