We know that all vacation rentals are different and as a guest it is hard to know what to expect. We have tried to provide all the necessities for your stay to feel like home. We provide toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, cleaning supplies, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, iron, ironing board, filtered water and more. We have a strict no pet policy due to family allergies. My son is very allergic, please find a place better suited to your needs and ours.

WHAT WE CAN'T CONTROL
The weather in CO is not under our control. It might snow, rain or have inclement weather at any time. The county plows the public roads on their schedule, not ours. We STRONGLY recommend that guests have 4WD vehicles with traction devices (chains) in the winter and shoulder seasons. We are not responsible for guests who get stuck in the snow.

The wildlife is wild. There might be bears, or other animals attracted to garbage. We provide "bear resistant" can, but when bears are determined to get into the can, they will.

Mountain homes may have flying insects or rodents regardless of how clean they are. Remember, vacations in nature sometimes give you nature ;). It cannot be controlled.
