We are thrilled to present to you the Lanni Lake House. Every inch of this property has been lovingly and thoughtfully built to perfection to offer an experience of upscale casual elegance. While the Lanni Lake House feels like just the right amount of privacy, you’re still only 5 miles away from town. In the winter we have three major mountains for the ski and snowboard enthusiasts: Jack Frost, Camelback, and Shawnee mountains, all within 10 miles away. While you’re here, be sure to check out some of the Pocono Mountain's fantastic hiking trails which also offer horseback riding. If you’re visiting during the summer, the golfing is fantastic, with Jack Frost Golf Club and Split Rock Country Club just a short drive away. The Pocono mountains also has plenty of options for dining, bar-hopping, quaint coffee shops and Mt Airy Casino for you risk takers who love to gamble—it really is the quintessential mountain town. Arrowhead Lake offers 4 beaches and 3 pools in the community where there is endless fun swimming, fishing, kayaking, and playing sports like tennis, volleyball, basketball, shuffleboard, bocci ball, and much more. Beautiful house with everything you could need

This is a beautiful property that has everything you could need for a weekend away or a full week of fun. It is in a very safe community with locked gates that you must have a key card to enter - plus they have security monitoring the gates at night. We stayed here for a ski weekend in Feb and loved the warm fireplace after a day on the slopes. The beds are so comfortable, the decor is clean and modern yet warm and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need (and more!) Everything is new and in perfect condition. Check in was easy, the keyless entry on all the doors was so convenient. Full size washer and dryer (we didn't use but such a nice thing to have if you stay longer) Communication with the host was excellent - although everything was perfect - but it's nice to know you can reach the host easily if needed. The community has a ton of summer amenities that we would love to come back and experience! We appreciated the special treats and touches that were provided - snacks, flavored coffee creamers, bath supplies. Thank you for an amazing home to spend the weekend, we only regret we couldn't stay longer! Looking forward to coming back in a warmer month to go to the beautiful lake!

What make this property unique is that it was just built and a half a block from the lake and beaches. It's meticulously clean inside with all the amenities you need in a vacation home
