Your afternoon dips are best paired with cookouts hosted over the electric grill and bike rides through downtown. While you're exploring Millville and beyond, be sure to check out the Barn Hill Preserve of Delaware, Bear Trap Dunes, the Bethany Beach Boardwalk, the Assawoman Wildlife Area, and the Freeman Arts Pavilion. Ensuring all of your cravings are met, there is no lack of delicious dining or vibrant shopping options in the area.

Upon entering your stay, you will quickly feel at home amidst the comfortable furnishings and nautical ambiance. There are two living areas, perfect for family visits. When you aren't dining out, the fully equipped kitchen features a full suite of appliances and a large center island - making cooking a breeze. After indulging in a delicious meal, head for the garage-converted game room, which hosts a foosball table and a seating area for board games.

The four bedrooms are equally sizable and bright, all lined with playful color palettes, soft linens, and central air. A private washer/dryer, a deck, and a hammock round out the townhome's fabulous amenities.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s).
A pool fob is required to enter the pool area and they are included with the rental. Pool hours are 9 AM to 8 PM from the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. A fine will be assessed for a lost or stolen fob.
A Delaware fishing license is required for ages 16 - 64 in all waterways, including crabbing off of the pier.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
You must be 25 or older to rent this property.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
