Double booked on arrival - needed to find a hotel

The property was double booked and then cancelled when we arrived. We exchanged a few emails confirming our arrival time. When we arrived someone was staying at the property. We received a partial refund (NOT A FULL REFUND!) and we had to find other accommodations late at night for significant additional expense. The property manager agreed to provide some accommodation in the future but we have not heard from him.
