Inside, discover a well-equipped, full kitchen with everything you need to whip up everybody's favorite recipes. To spice up your home-cooked menu, step outside, fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco alongside your sparkling pool. Back indoors, the main living area boasts an open and inviting space with a soaring ceiling, a comfortable sectional, and a smart TV for streaming all your favorite channels using your own accounts. The second-floor rec room features a pool table, TV, and a wet bar with counter seating and a minifridge. Indulge in even more friendly competition in the garage game room with another TV, Ping-Pong, and foosball.

Use the on-site dock whenever you want to set off in your boat, kayak, or canoe, and then take in glorious sunsets from the multi-level decks at the end of each exciting day.

For sleeping options, choose from four comfortable bedrooms and take advantage of the three provided sofa beds if your group needs to spread out.

This home also includes central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer for your convenience.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: Guests are welcome to tie up their boats. However, keep in mind water dept is From top to basin 5ft.-9ft tides fluctuate due to winds. Pontoons are great. 30 ft and below. 3 ft draft.




Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
