This charming Cape style home features 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 1 queen in each, one bedroom with a queen bed and two twin beds and one bedroom with 2 twin beds), 2 full baths plus outside shower, family sized living room with sliders onto a large deck, open kitchen, hardwood floors, washer and dryer, WIFI, Cable TV, large yard for outdoor games after a day at the beach, enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, and a patio fully equipped with furniture and a gas grill for outdoor dining. Home is clean and spacious.

Easy access to historic Rt 6A and the Cape highway. Short drive to Hyannis, Barnstable, and Sandwich Village where you can enjoy restaurants, shopping, whale watching, and more!

Great Stay for Our Family

The house was perfect for our family vacation. Located in a very quiet residential area, it leaves behind the chaos and traffic found in other areas of the Cape. It was a short walk down the street to the beach parking area where the trailhead starts. Being a private beach, there were times we were the only ones walking the shores. The water is calm and clear and refreshingly chilly on a hot summer day. The beach is a mix of lovely sand and pebbles, so water shoes or sandals are useful. At low tide, a beautiful sand bar is exposed and we spent hours exploring. The house itself was great for what we needed; it had enough space for six of us without feeling cramped. The outdoor shower was amazingly useful and the deck off the back of the house is brand new and great for morning coffee. The kitchen is well stocked with hardware for cooking, just make sure to bring or buy spices and condiments as none were there from previous guests. Like most other Cape rentals, you'll also need to bring bed linens and towels. The owners were friendly and great to work with and it helped make the whole experience that much better. Lovely property

This house has a nice layout for a group and our family of 8 had plenty of space. The large breezeway/entry was great for keeping beach gear organized and the outdoor shower was fantastic. We especially appreciated the stepping stones between the shower and the house so clean feet can stay sand-free on the way in.

Cape Hideaway

Cozy, clean and private. Spacious enough for 8-9 people. Beautiful deck and outside shower. A few pantry essentials would have been nice. If you like rocky beach, then this is for you.

Private Beach Perfection

We stayed in the Sandwich house in August. The house was well kept and had the basic necessities. A few more kitchen supplies would be useful but everything else was perfect. The short walk to the private beach was a 10/10!
