Beautiful and bright 1 bedroom condo. kitchen fully equipped, dining area. Large bedroom with balcony. Living room leads to another larger balcony. Washer and dryer in the unit.



Guest Access:

*Outdoor & Indoor pool.

*Grilling area.

* Free parking.

*Pool key available in the kitchen drawer. In case for loss of the key there is a $100 fee.

*No mailbox for this location.

* Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included)



The Neighborhood:

BayTree Condominiums are located just 2.5 miles from the ocean and 8 miles from the Colonial Shopping Mall. The complex has a pool and jacuzzi as part of our enclosed picnic center.

Perfect getaway...and wonderful host experience. We took a quick family trip (our son's birthday wish) and we had one of the most wonderful experiences, as a family, thus far. A minor issue was taken care of immediately and was, literally, a very quick fix. Emily, the host, is a prompt and polite communicator. The location is great and everyone we came in contact within the community was polite. Having access to an indoor pool was a great asset. The weather was great and the entire trip was an A.

good location

The unit was clean, convenient location.There are some small things that could make the stay better; stronger wifi, better water pressure. a sturdy chest of drawers in the bedroom, a standing fan/ bos fan for the bedroom ' as it was the warmest roomThat all being said, the unit was clean , we observed but did not use the pool, quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was equipoed with necessities. A bit of a hiccup upon checking out. Not sure what happened but told I left stuff and checked out late. .would be charged a fee and then the host corrected herself and apologized.As always I take vid/ pics to have proof how I left a place
