Cozy, comfortable, and well-located on the shuttle route for Sugarbush Resort, this Warren condo makes a wonderful home base for skiers, mountain bikers, and leaf-peepers alike. No matter which adventures you opt for by day, you'll delight in spending your evenings watching movies in the warmth of a stone fireplace.

This condo is located right off the Sugarbush Access Road, about a mile from the base of Sugarbush Resort. You'll also be close to the golf course (two miles), the base of Mt. Ellen (three miles), and Mad River Glen Ski Area (seven miles). At the end of each fun-filled day, come home to a complex that sits within sight of the mountains, offering a seasonal pool and tennis court on its grassy grounds.

Step inside to find all sorts of simple comforts, from the stainless steel kitchen appliances to a smart TV in the living room. Spend summer evenings sipping cold drinks on the deck and barbecuing on the gas grill; come winter, curl up by a crackling fire to play board games with your loved ones. A private washer/dryer, complimentary WiFi, and a Pack 'N Play are also provided for your convenience.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
