Nice getaway
We stayed here for 3 nights at the tail end of the kid's Spring Break. We booked this place as we needed to bring out little dog this time and very few places are pet friendly. The location is great, a very short walk to the people mover gondola to take you up the hill or a nice walk over the river. The pictures are slightly deceiving as it didn't really show that you face the road. I assumed, but one should never assume, that the unit faced the river just based off of the pictures. Not that this was an issue, it's not loud or busy. Just with the dog we thought there was more forest out the backdoors and not the road. Not a big deal. It's also close to the little general store and a small take out pizza place. The place certainly feels like a basement suite but it's clean and comfortable and nice and bright. Could use a rug in the living room and bedrooms. The floors are very cold and hard. Make sure you bring slippers or indoor slides. The kitchen had all we needed although we didn't cook a whole lot. Was nice that coffee, tea and sugar were provided. The primary bed was very comfy with loads of extra cozy blankets. The kids loved the bunk beds. The couch was very comfy also! Parking on the street is close to impossible on a weekend but our F150 fit in the parkade even though it looked like it wouldn't. It was a great weekend and we enjoyed our stay here :)

Great Location!
Overall we were very pleased with the property- the location was great and near a little store and pub. The communication was great with the property manager. We loved that this property was pet friendly for our little pup to join us on our family vacation. Our girls also LOVED the bunk beds.
