Historic home across the street from the Ozark Mill and Finley Farms property
Take a step back in time! Built c.1855 by Ozark pioneer John Weaver, the historic Weaver House is the oldest standing structure in Ozark. With connections to the Civil War, the historic Ozark Mill, and the 1800s vigilante group known as the Bald Knobbers, it's a truly unique and special destination. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit and create memories that will last a lifetime. Don't feel like driving? No problem! Just take a walk across the street to the Finley Farms property, where you'll find three different food and beverage destinations. First, The Ozark Mill Restaurant with a dining space, bar and patio overlooking the picturesque Finley River. The menu focuses on pizza, pasta and seasonal dishes featuring local, sustainable food sources including produce grown on site. Wanting something more cozy and intimate? Then check out The Garrison. Tucked away beneath The Ozark Mill, The Garrison is an intimate space featuring upscale, shareable plates and craft cocktails. Situated right on the banks of the Finley River, the hideaway highlights the legacy of Ozark’s famed Riverside Inn and its original proprietor, Howard Garrison. Its cozy patio space offers unmatched views of the river, mill dam and the historic Riverside Bridge. Finally, there's The Workshop, a coffee shop and craft space with a complete menu of options including coffee, avocado-topped toasts, homemade pastries and hand-crafted cocktails. Large garage doors lead to a lush patio offering sun-soaked seating and photo worthy views of the farm. Come and see what Ozark has to offer!

The place was decorated for the holidays and we found it a charming place to stay. We had a great visit with family and would definitely recommend this place for 2-4 people. Scott was very helpful before our stay answering my questions and Ann definitely has a decorators eye. The complimentary cookies were to die for!
Beautiful home and we were so lucky it was decorated for Christmas! We couldn’t have asked for anything more - so happy we stayed here and enjoyed this magical experience.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Weaver House. The house was very cozy and welcoming. And the tid bits of the history of the house and surrounding area displayed within the house was intriguing. Our hosts Scott and Ann did a great job, they were very accommodating and readily available. And we would absolutely stay here again!
This place is so beautiful, the touches of history mixed with beauty!! We loved our stay! The beds are so comfy, fresh flowers and delicious cookies! The plants are a beautiful touch. Such a special place. If you stay here you are lucky to have a chance to touch history. Wonderful hosts! You won’t want to leave
We had an absolutely wonderful stay here over the weekend. My husband, daughter, and I were in town working on a wedding and spent our evenings at the property, and it truly felt magical. The space is not only beautiful, but incredibly interesting. You can tell so much care and time went into preserving and sharing the history of the place. We loved learning about the details and stories that make it so special. Every corner felt intentional, inviting, and full of character. If you are on the fence about booking this property, don’t hesitate. It is a truly unique and memorable stay, and we would absolutely love to return.
Everything was perfect! WE both want to come back and bring our daughters with us sometime. This home is an Ozark treasure. I honestly can't believe they are sharing it with the public. It's well stocked and charming. It is not ideal for anyone who needs one level though. Even the yard is breathtaking! If you like to antique shop the town has a lot to offer. We also enjoyed a lovely time at Finley Farm which is a quick walk across the street.
The Historic Weaver house was a great experience. The house was tastefully decorated and was brimming with information on the history of the area. The location gave us the opportunity to explore the Ozark area to find good restaurants, great antiquing and beautiful countryside. Highly recommend
We absolutely loved our stay!!! We plan to stay here again. This property is like a dollhouse. It's absolutely adorable, and the care that went into each detail of this property is evident. The hosts were responsive and kind and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even baked homemade cookies for us!!! If you are thinking about booking this place- just do it! You won't regret it.

Thank you, Holly. What wonderful guests you were! We can’t wait to have you stay again!
Historical property full of interesting photos and antiques/artifacts from early Ozark times. Very convenient for anyone venturing over to Finley Farms to dine at The Ozark Mill, The Garrison or just to grab coffee and breakfast at The Workshop. House dates to 1855. The original structure is relatively small by today’s standards but the added back porch makes the house feel larger. The kitchen and bathrooms have modern features but overall the house harkens to days long past and made me think of life in earlier, simpler times. Hosts are very responsive and provide a number of nice amenities for guests - we enjoyed chocolate chip cookies during our visit! Would definitely recommend if you will be in the area and will be back for sure.
