New to the rental market! Now taking reservations in this nicely updated and cozy 2 bedroom/2 bath condo that sits right on the ski trail. You cannot be any closer to the slopes than this! K building in Winterplace sits right on the Lower Arrow ski trail and is steps away from the halfpipe...Walk over and check out all the action. This home sleeps 6 and is fully equipped with towels, pots and pans and a large kitchen and living room that looks out at the slopes. Watch the skiers get on and off the lifts or watch the snow cats groom the trails for fresh tracks in the morning. This open floor plan allows for nice vacation time with friends and family since the kitchen is open to the dining/living area. Sorry no smoking and no pets allowed at this property. Parking spaces for two cars. The fireplace is propane and is not currently working.
