Terrible communication

I specifically emailed them prior to booking to check about parking for my RV and the pet policy for my dog. Upon arrival I was told I couldn't park my RV onsite. The reluctantly let me park it the first night but said I would need to discuss with a manger the next day and was given a specific time to meet with management. Right in the middle of the day when we already had plans. The eventually gave in and let us park but they were not pleasant about it. The place is old. Very little hot water and very thin walls. Restaurant was great.
