Shark Shack comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests! The spacious layout includes: Master bedroom #1 features a King Bed & Daybed with Trundle with bathroom in room, Bedroom # 2 features 2 Full beds; Bedroom # 3 features 1 Queen Bed; Bedroom #4 features Daybed with trundle, and the loft area has a 2 Twin Beds with trundle. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the family room as well. All bedrooms are equipped with flatscreen TV's and are ready to stream your favorite shows or movies. There are wrap around porches on all three levels, with walk out french doors, equipped with seating. We have multiple bikes,a beach wagon, and patio bin filled with beach items that guests are welcome to use.

You will feel right at home in the spacious living room designed with a modern coastal feel and adjoining dining room/kitchen. The ground level fenced in outdoor patio/backyardincludes a spacious and comfortable seating group and gas grill. The home is equipped with washer & dryer for guest use.

TheShark Shack Beach House has many amenities for guests of the Emerald Shores community including 2 pools (heated seasonally), tennis court, basketball court, shuffle board, seasonal golf cart tram service , bike rental onsite, private beach, beach pavilion with private bathrooms, and a private beach cabana bar with snacks & drinks for guests to purchase.

* We provide bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. Beach Towels are not provided, guests will need to provide their own during stay.

*NO rental services are included with this home, including but not limited to: Golf Cart, Beach Chair and Umbrella Service, Bike Rental, Water Toys, or Tours. These items require a rental/service fee and or are obtained through a third party vendor. Wristbands are required for Private beach, Pavilion, ES community areas. There is a $30 per house fee for Emerald Shores wristbands, payable in person only to pavilion staff.
