Look no further your Put in Bay Island Getaway is right here! This highly desired condo is meticulously maintained with 4 Bedrooms and 3 full baths. 2 balconies overlooking Lake Erie plus another balcony overlooks the large, resort style pool. With a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grills, washer and dryer and can sleep up to 12 people, you can't go wrong! We take pride in making sure our condo is one step above all others with cleanliness and attention to detail!

The space
The moment you walk into this second floor condo, you'll notice the spaciousness of this condo. A first floor master with 2 queen beds and attached full bathroom with wall mounted TV. Next you will come across another very large full bathroom. On to the open air kitchen and living room with double patio doors leading to a large patio overlooking Lake Erie. Moving upstairs, you will find 3 large bedrooms (all with balconies) and a very large bathroom complete with washer and dryer. The bedroom on the lake side has a very large private balcony, wall mounted tv and couch.

Condo essentials supplied are:

Bath towels - (no beach towels)
Bath washcloths
Bath hand towel
Bath hand soap ( no shower soap or shampoo is provided)
toilet paper
Sheets, pillows and comforters

Kitchen hand soap plus dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish rag, dish towels, oven mitt, trash bags, paper towels

Guest access
You will enter your unit with a code which will be texted to you. No need to worry about losing a key. You will have full access to the resort style pool complete with lounge chairs and patio seating.

Other things to note
Don't let our lack of reviews worry you. We have been renting for over three years and just recently changed management companies so that means we have to start out fresh.

The unit was beautiful. It was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. It was close to everything and we rented a golf cart on premises. The kids enjoyed the pool. The owner was very informative and helpful. She responded to all of our questions promptly. We loved the unit, it was perfect for the 8 of us.

Great place! We had a group of 11 and this was perfect for us. The listing said linens and towels included, but I didn’t see kitchen towels or pool towels. Also, there was a washer and dryer but no detergent. Neighboring groups got rowdy at night, but didn’t bother us too much. Overall, this was a great vacation spot right on the water and perfect location. We made breakfasts and lunch here and ate out for dinners. We found everything we needed to cook and clean up. I would recommend staying here, just bring pool towels and laundry detergent if you will use those things.
