Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Panoramic Methow Valley views surround you as you step out of the timber frame ranch house. This home is away from it all but just close enough to enjoy the surrounding areas and what they have to offer.
This is a small ranch with horse, sheep, chickens and other animals depending on the time of the year. We have been told from our guest that this place is “Amazing”. We think so and think those that love the outdoors and privacy will love our place as well.
Located within a 30 minute drive of Lake Chelan, Winthrop and the famous Gamble Sands golf resort you are perfectly situated to explore the Methow and upper Columbia Valley. Should you choose to stay on the farm, enjoy the scenery.
You will be on 20 very private acres of land with State land all around with easy access off this property.
This amazing place is built to help you connect with the creation around. Beautiful views, space and farm animals. You will be spending your time on an active little ranch. No doubt no matter your age if you love nature you will love it here.
We are set above the valley floor and amazing views and long daylight hours. The nights have no light pollution making star gazing beyond imagination.
We regularly see all sorts of upland birds and deer around. You will be able to walk (10-15) to the river down a back (steep) dirt road or hop in your car and drive 2-3 minutes to play in the river.
With the open kitchen and open floor plan no one will ever be far away. A great kitchen that is well stocked and ready for the chef in the group.
We have found most that come and visit don't want to leave and feel refreshed when they do!
Guests have access to entire home.
Other things to note
This is an operational small farm. You will be near the animals that reside here. With Sheep, Horses, Chickens and Cows no doubt all those in the family will enjoy the bond that can be made.
We do daily come and take care of the animals so you may see one of us outside working but this will not intrude on your privacy, and if you want feel free to join us.
This Farm House sits on about 20 acres with access to state land directly off the property. There are two other homes that are lived on, but they are off in the distance and do not intrude on this very private setting.
