The wharf condos are a great stay for anyone having an event at the wharf arena. Everything is within walking distance and lots of options. The condo was great very roomy and saw dolphins from the back patio!

The unit was not as clean as I would have liked it to be. We had dishwasher and washing machine problems. Called maintenance, no one ever showed up or even called.

The condo was great. Very clean. I gave it 4 stars because the kitchen was not well equipped. 1 small frying pan and no sheet pans. Very few bowls and the utensils such as spatulas were very worn. I the washer and dryer were awesome.

Nice, but need a better cleaning

Floors still had food under the cabinets from a previous stay. Hard to figure out how to get up to the property. Had to ask at a restaurant. Our young children enjoyed seeing the boats from the balcony. Great space for our family. Having the Oasis was a big plus.

This was our second stay at the Wharf and the state of the Levin's Bend condo was underwhelming. The parking deck code was not made clearly available (it's buried on the guestbook site and should probably be moved to the front page parking info or be sent in emails). We were told the day before the dishwasher was broken and would be replaced during our stay. We were told later the replacement was delayed and so it remained unusable for our stay and held standing water. The refrigerator's water dispenser did not work and the freezer seemed to be leaking water. The living room TV looked to be about 15 years old. It had no Internet capabilities available because the satellite receiver required an Ethernet connection that wasn't present. The guest bedroom TV didn't have a remote and was essentially non functional. One of the blinds in the master bedroom was stuck open, locked up by a mass of loose thread in the mechanism (I was able to fix this myself). The pool fob did not work. The floors were not clean - likely mopped poorly or with dirty water. Luckily the Wharf remains spectacular if not a bit overpriced and Orange Beach is amazing.

Beware of management company

Upon arrival, we discovered that the dryer and dishwasher were broken. Being a family of 6, we need these appliances to have an enjoyable and efficient vacation. The first day we tried to enter the pool with all the kids, we were told we needer a key fob provided by the management company. After multiple calls and texts, they eventually brought us one only to find out that they knew the fob was missing due to the previous occupants. This cost us valuable time on the one free day we had due to visiting for a baseball tournament. Back to the appliance issues, a tech came out and temporarily fixed the dryer, but stated the dishwasher needed to be replaced. The dishwasher was full of dirty water, and while trying to cook we discovered that ALL the dishes were disgusting from the previous occupants. Number one, who wants to go on vacation to clean someone else’s dirty dishes? And two, the cleaning person must have been able to see the nastiness on the dishes which means they either didn’t care or the management company knows about the issue and refuses to fix it. The dishwasher was never replaced and the dryer efficiency was beginning to decline due to a poor vent line install yet again. The person who brought us the fob stated that we would be reimbursed for some of the stay but that has not happened, and we do not expect them to do so. We did receive a call from someone at the management company and tried to call back, but our call was never returned. Be wary of Beach Getaways

Still, housekeeping missed the mark—clean dishes and working kitchenware should have been ready, and we’ve addressed this with our team. A new dishwasher was ordered immediately and installed as soon as it arrived; we wish it could’ve been a same-day replacement to avoid the disruption. The dryer repair was a temporary fix to keep things moving for your family of six. Regarding the pool access, the amenity card was noted as missing during inspection—likely taken home by the previous guest—and a task was entered for delivery the next day. We’re sorry the timing cut into your one free day. We understand there was confusion about the reimbursement conversation, and we’re reviewing that communication on our end. We hope you’ll consider giving us another chance on your next tournament trip. Your feedback helps us make things better.
