An excellent single or couple's retreat. Quiet, one-bedroom carriage house apartment in the Old Southwest. A ten-minute walk to the MKT Trail and 1.4 miles to Jesse Hall at the University of Missouri. Brand new apartment with beautiful kitchen and granite island.

The apartment has a twin pull-out sofa in the Bedroom and a full-size sofa couch in the living room. 1/2 bath is off the Living Room. The washer and dryer are at the top of the stairs just outside of the Living area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven/stove top, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, and dishwasher. Note: This property is best for less than 3 adult guests.

Perfect place to stay

This is a very nice place. We booked for Mizzou Family Weekend. Great location, close to downtown and campus and also easy access to other areas of Columbia. The place is very nice: clean, spacious, comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

These folks are amazing!!! Easy checkin, clean property, exactly what they say is available. The property is amazing comfortable and quiet. A great place to relax after a long day out and about. If you are thinking of a place to stay I can not recommend this place enough. Highly desirable very clean.

Great property!

My husband, adult son and I stayed the weekend to visit our daughter and celebrate Mizzou's homecoming. The property was fantastic! It was clean, there was plenty of room, and it had more than enough of everything we needed. Not to mention how cute it was and that it is in a great neighborhood. The walk to campus is a little far, but doable. Definitely an easy convenient location! We will stay here again for sure!
