Victorian farmhouse buit in 1890 on acreage, located on a quaint and quiet country road, 20 mins from downtown New Haven and Yale University. Very private, no close neighbors, abundant wildlife. Owner occasionally lives on the property. The entire home may be rented or only the upstairs. Upstairs has two bedrooms, office, full bathroom with antique claw foot bathrom and shower. Queen size beds in both bedrooms. No smoking. No hunting. Security cameras outside and home security alarm.
