The space
This 5 bed 3.5 half bath home is located in Reunion Resort. Guests can dine at any of the exclusive Reunion Resort restaurants. The home is ~10 miles to Disney, Disney waterparks and Disney Springs and ~20 miles to Universal, SeaWorld and other Orlando attractions.

Guest access
Entire home, patio and private pool. The garage and one closet is reserved for owner only use. There is parking in the rear driveway and unmark street parking directly in front of the house (shortest walk distance to front door).

The resort waterpark and amenities are reserved only for owners. The golf course is only for club members.

Other things to note
The Pool Heater has an extra fee of $40/day for a minimum of 3 days. Just let us know and we'll turn it on (6-9h to heat). It will be turned on and set to 90ºF - 95ºF. Pool may not reach that temperature based on outside air, especially during cooler nights during winter months. Be aware that pool heat service paid after 4 PM will be turned on the following day and that the pool may take 8-12h hours to reach its set temperature. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather. Pool has an attached spa with air jets and the temperature will be the same as the pool.

Starter Kit for your arrival:
The guest is responsible for shopping during their stay. For your convenience, we provide a complimentary starter supply of:
Toiletries - 1 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 small bar soap per bathroom
Kitchen - 1 dish sponge,1 dish detergent, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 roll of paper towel
General - 1 garbage bag per bin and 2 extras for replacement, 1 laundry soap pod

Grill available upon request.

Housekeeping:
The house will be professionally cleaned/sanitized prior to each check-in, and it is the guests’ responsibility to maintain the property during the stay. Thank you in advance for treating our home as you treat your own home!
