Great property. So spacious. Primary bathroom and bedroom on main level are huge! Upstairs has beds galore. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We had a fantastic trip and plan to bookmark this property for our next trip to McKinney!

Our group had such a great time staying here for our girls-only weekend getaway! The house had more than enough space for everyone to spread out comfortably, which made it perfect for a larger group.The check-in and check-out process was super easy and hassle-free, and the host was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. It made everything feel smooth and stress-free from start to finish.One of our favorite parts was the pool table—we ended up playing a lot of pool and spending a ton of time hanging out together in the common areas. The whole group really enjoyed the stay, and the house was exactly what we needed for a fun and relaxing weekend. We would definitely stay here again!

If you need a place that can sleep a lot of people, this is definitely the place for you! Overall, the house was decent and it worked for what we needed. The master bedroom was great for my aging parents, and having everything they needed on the main floor was a huge plus. The parking situation was a little strange. You have to access it through an alley, but once you figure it out, it’s actually pretty easy. The house is also located on a fairly busy road, although that wasn’t a major issue for us. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and amenities were where this property fell short. The upstairs bathroom was filthy. The bathtub was heavily stained, and there was hair left behind from previous guests. The supplies were also very minimal—barely any soap, hardly any shampoo, and we had to hunt around to find the iron. When I used the iron, it actually stained my white pants black, so definitely use it with caution! The house got the job done and having so many beds was helpful, but overall, this was probably one of the more disappointing rental properties I’ve stayed in. With a little more attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and basic amenities, it could be a much better experience.

Spacious, comfortable family retreat!

The property is exactly as advertised - updated, clean and fully-equipped. The owner was very responsive to our inquiries and requests. They were accepting of our pet(s), as well - a fact we very much appreciated!

Towels

Basic supplies were adequate - except for towel supply. With a house that sleeps 16, (we were 9), we were constantly washing towels. It’s a little hot in TX. Pool table was a big hit.

Exactly What We Needed

We were in town for my brother's 60th birthday party. We had other family members staying at the home with us. It was the first time we gathered in the same home and this was the perfect home for this. I wanted a pool table or pool in case anyone was bored and the pool table was the perfect solution. The kitchen, bedrooms, living area were spacious and comfortable. Song Wu, the host, ALWAYS immediately answered me with any questions I had. I hope to return here again. Thanks Song Wu.
