A-212 is located on the 2nd floor and is 2 story unit with a balcony overlooking the pool. There is a king size bed in the master, two twins in the guest room, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room; offering plenty of sleep space for everyone! 2 full baths and a fully equipped kitchen are also included, you will find everything you need! Eat in or walk down Flagler Ave and enjoy some of New Smyrna's excellent restaurants.

Quiet and relaxin

This is the second time I have stayed at Win-San and absolutely love it here. So I have been in 2 different condos and both were great. This one was great and had very comfortable beds and everything you could need.

Spectacular view, location and coziness

The view of the ocean and beach each morning from the balcony is spectacular. The location to shop and eat and play could not be better and the back roads provide a great 5 mile run!! The condo has been updated so nicely! It's cozy and warming and even the kids like it!!
