Perfect location, beautiful pool that was heated, on the ocean, nice master bedroom, bathrooms on 2 different floors, balcony nice but in the shade, washer and dryer in the complex instead of the condo but was easily accessible, very helpful if you needed anything while there, loved the area, lots to do. Hopefully will go there again next year if we can make a reservation. Want to go for 1 month but they prefer you go for 3 months January-March. 🤞

The condo was perfect for our family of four. It was in excellent condition and had everything we needed. The location also could not be beat!! Steps to the beach and a beautiful pool. We also used the laundry- very easy and convenient!

The unit was clean, fairly stocked with kitchen and bath supplies and overall was great! We received good customer service from Dahlia, our on-site representative. The only reason I did not rate as excellent is that would denote perfect and nothing is perfect. Thank you!

Wonderful Visit
We really enjoyed our visit to this unit and Win San. The condo is well appointed and comfortable. We've stayed in other units at Win San; this one has extra windows that provided additional sunshine into our day! The condo and complex were both very clean. We appreciated the views of the ocean and pool. Great visit, can't wait to come back!

The bathrooms in the unit had excess mold, the unit was not cleaned ie dust everywhere counters sticky. The main tv lost signal constantly. Ed
