Relax watching the Sunset on your private patio overlooking the canal that takes you to Tampa Bay. 4 Bedrooms with 3 Full baths, so bring your friends and family to relax and enjoy the pool and extra-large patio that flows from the pool deck to the private screened in patio. Enjoy cooking inside or grilling outside while hanging out in the screened gazebo or lounging on the sundeck. Home has been fully remodeled, and the backyard has been professionally landscaped to include walkway to the Canal and the addition of a firepit and waterfront seating area with lighting and new dock platform.

Enjoy fishing from the brand new sea wall. 5 minutes to Little Harbor resort beach. Freedom boat club and marina is within 6 minutes. Minutes to waterfront restaurants such as Sunset Grill, Hooks, Finn's, and Circles all with sunset views.

Close Pool Gate and Side Gate
Secure bikes and outdoor amenities
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Any guests over 8 guests is an additional $10 per day per guest. All unregistered guests will be charged $10 per person per day upon checkout.
A minimum fee of $300 will be charged for unauthorized events without owner consent
If pets are not registered and found to be on premises during your stay, a fee of $500 will be charged upon checkout.
