Get ready to relax and enjoy this very spacious 3000 sq. ft home that sleeps 14 comfortably in beds (no pullouts.) The house boasts 6 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a wood-burning stove, jet tub, a huge great room with vaulted ceilings, dish network, open kitchen, 30x20 deck, fire pit, laundry room, hardwood floors, internet, and cable. The expansive kitchen is well equipped and includes service for 14+. The dining room consists of a large farm table with chairs for all!

We are one of 2 private homes along a dead-end street and our home is situated on over 6 acres of woods ideal for snowshoeing and nature walks. The views are simply spectacular! This house is newly built and very family-friendly. It is the ideal getaway for multiple families, retreats, or family reunions.

Location! Location! Location! Are you a skier? We are 12 miles to Stratton, 15 miles to Okemo, 6 miles to Bromley, 2 miles to Magic Mountain Skiing and Snow Tubing, and Viking Nordic Cross Country Center is 1/4 mile up the road!

Are you a shopper? Well, this retreat is perfect for you! Manchester is within 15 minutes and has the best outlet shopping in all of VT. Weston is 6 miles away and Ludlow is 15 miles away.

We rent weekly and monthly, and we welcome rentals all year.

The house was perfect for the 4 families who stayed there - plenty of beds, lots of space for people to spread out. The main living space was wonderful for the adults who were hanging out, while the kids had a fantastic time on the first floor playing ping pong and foosball. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking gear, which was great for our group that did a lot of cooking.

The place is better than the photos. So much room for large groups. Space for sleeping and hanging out. Mimi is very accommodating and responsive. The only downside is the driveway is steep and there was a winter storm which made it tough to get up until it was plowed (which Mimi arranged for timely). There is plenty of parking once up the driveway. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This is a fantastic house and perfect for a big group! We had 4 families and kids and everyone had a bed and plenty of space. Would highly recommend this house - especially for a ski trip to either Bromley or Stratton!

The house is beautiful, spacious and has everything you could want. The outdoor space is beautiful and private. We had a family reunion here and I could not recommend it enough!!

Great for large groups!

I spent the weekend at this property with 9 other friends and we had such a great time. Spacious living areas and plenty of bedrooms made everything so comfortable. We made a fire in the wood burning stove to warm the house and that just added to the coziness of the house. Would visit again!

Fantastic Weekend

We celebrated my brother’s 50th birthday and I couldn’t be happier with the house. It was huge with more than enough room for the 14 people we entertained. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. Super easy check in/check out process and host was very responsive and great to work with. Amazing location & close to ski mountains. I would definitely recommend to anyone with a large group.

Great Family House

The pictures of this property do not do it justice. Great comfortable house for multiple families. Plenty of open space for spending time together and plenty of bedrooms for all. Outdoor space is perfect as well. Isolated but not far from town with great a large deck, gardens, outdoor activity areas and fire pits. Fantastic area for star gazing. Finding the property can be tricky the first time but definitely worth the trip. Great get away for my dad's 80th celebration!

Perfect home for large family

We stayed here on a long weekend with family from all over New England. The home is beautiful and has everything you’d need for a wide range of ages. Lots of space, plenty of sleeping rooms, a well appointed kitchen, and great fire pit area for night time s’mores. Convenient to a number of ski mountains, and the entry into the home after a full day on the slopes is perfect - plenty of space and organization to keep track of a dozen pairs of ski boots, etc. The host was wonderful to connect with, answer questions, and even help us reunite a neighbor’s pup with its owner as he wandered into our driveway. Can’t go wrong with the location!!

Great amazing stay

First i must say. The pictures do not due it justice. The house was absolutely amazing. Great location supermarket less that 4 minutes away. Everyone loved the stay and we will definitely be coming back. The kids loved this so much they keep saying we want to go back to the castle. lol Host were by far the best. All questions answered and so welcoming. Allowed us to check out later without us even asking. I have never seen that before. Thank you so much. You guys were amazing. 5 stars is not enough if i could give more i would.

Really great place for a big group!!

Our second year at this place and we'd stay here again! Comfy, roomy, warm, well stocked kitchen, pool table/ping pong on lower level great for all! Three things to be aware of: 1. Be prepared for very steep drive. 2. We had to haul our own trash this year which is inconvenient if you want to ski and not go to transfer station, or if you don't have room in your car to take it home. Also we didn't bring trash bags and there were only a few at house so don't forget to pack or buy. 3. Slats on bunks are too short. Son fell through just sitting down. Check before you tuck in!

Thanks for the feedback! We are very sorry to hear about the bunkbed and truly hope your son was OK. We have arranged to have new slats installed and permanently secured so they can not be moved. Also, we apologize for the mix-up with the trash. We must have sent you the wrong version of our checkout list as our cleaners remove the trash for our rentals and have been doing so for more than a year now. We apologize for the inconvenience! Wonderful house!

Great Multi-family Weekend Getaway

The pictures don’t do this rental justice! The house was perfect for a 3 family ski getaway weekend. The house is clean, large enough for a big group, and close to Bromley and Okemo. Highly recommend and plan to rent again next year. One note: the house is off the main road onto a private drive. 4-wheel drive cars highly recommended in the winter.

Ski Trip with Friends

We had a great trip- 3 families and 13 people. The house was very comfortable for the whole crew. We skied at Bromley two days which was a short and easy ride. The owner Maureen was exceptional!!! We were there during a snow storm- she was so helpful and responsive. She had us plowed out immediately. We would DEFINITELY return- the kids have already been asking for another trip!

Winter Getaway

This property was exactly what my friends and I were looking for. Spacious home with large common areas where we can all spend time together. The house was in a secluded area in the woods and really gave you that cozy winter feel. Very easy drive to Okemo mountain. Would highly recommend this property and would definitely look to come back next year
