About this property

Truly the perfect spot for the whole family! Optimally situated right next to the golf clubhouse, golfers can choose to play at two different Seabrook courses. For the pool/beachgoers, we're right across the street from the Beach/Pool Club (open seasonally). When you're ready to get ready for dinner after a day outside, our home features 2 full baths, but 4 separate vanities, so that guests can quickly get ready for post-beach fun at the same time. We're on the 2nd floor of a 3-story building with an elevator.

To further enhance your Seabrook vacation, Seabrook Island Guest Amenity Cards are INCLUDED at no extra charge, and allow guests staying at the villa full access privileges to the Seabrook Island Beach Club, which has a 2 pool complex (seasonal) on the beach. The Seabrook Island Beach Club is just across the street from this villa.

Please note that there is a $5 per day for each beach towel and they don't allow guests to bring their own to the beach club!
