This thoughtfully designed villa checks off all the boxes on the vacation checklist: modern, updated, bright, open space floorplan with a private, quiet, relaxing courtside location and tasteful, new décor. This two bedroom, two bath villa offers a large balcony for entertaining and relaxing. The balcony features ample seating, a small grill, and courtside views of the nationally recognized Seabrook Island Racquet Club.

As you step into the property, guests will find a small screened-in porch with comfortable seating, a large ceiling fan, and TV—an ideal place to sip your morning coffee, read a book, or enjoy an evening cocktail.

Inside the villa, a bright, airy, open floor plan features a dining area, stocked coffee bar with wine refrigerator, kitchen, and living room area. The coastal kitchen features new quartz countertops, modern appliances, garbage disposal, ample serveware and cookware, and counter stool seating.

A comfortable entertaining area offers visitors an ideal place to unwind after a day of sightseeing or lounging by the pool. Off the kitchen area, this space features a new area rug, comfortable sofa and arm chairs, large screen smart TV, vintage record player, separate desk space, and ample lighting. The living areas are perfect for relaxing after a long beach or pool day.

The master bedroom has a large, plush king bed with a new mattress. Guests will find ample closet space, dresser space, his and her sinks, and an ensuite bathroom. This room also features a private corner balcony, blackout curtains, soft lighting throughout, a bone inlay accent table, and a comfortable chair.

The guest bedroom also features a king bed. The bathroom off the hallway connects to this bedroom, allowing guests to convert it into an ensuite bath as well. Having the potential for two master bedrooms in this villa is another appreciated and sought-after feature of this unique space. This bedroom includes blackout drapery, a Juliet balcony, dresser, closet space, chair, ample lighting, and coastal décor.

In the laundry area off the main hallway, a full-size washer and dryer offer guests the convenience of doing laundry within the unit. A self-inflating AeroBed is stored here and can be set up in the living room area to accommodate additional guests if needed.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa during their stay. The property is easily accessible and well-lit for your safety. Parking is available in the dual carport and driveway, making packing and unpacking a breeze, with additional driveway parking for multiple vehicles. A gas grill is located on the back deck.

As of 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges a fee of $45 per gate pass. This fee applies to guests staying 1–179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting this fee. Gate pass name information for each vehicle is due one week prior to arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided, and drivers must show a valid driver's license at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver may operate that vehicle. LSV vehicles also require a gate pass. Two vehicle maximum at this property.

LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club.)

WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.
Guest safety is always a priority. With that in mind, the villa features a fire extinguisher under the sink, multiple smoke detectors, and a first aid kit.

Coffee Maker: Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker on site. (BYO ground coffee for carafe or use provided Keurig K-cups. Assortment of creamers and sugars/sweeteners available)

AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. The cards are $50 per day per family. Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone.

ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access.

CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self- check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone.

CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are located on the island, are licensed, insured, and family operated. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have. We want you to have a relaxing, safe, and memorable trip.

CLEANING: We do not clean to make our properties appear clean. We really clean well. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. We have a reputation for thoroughness and attention to detail. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs.

THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches (2 miles down the road), an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.

IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

POLICY ON SMOKING: Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 15 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.

PARTIES: THIS IS an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!

Very comfortable condo

Right next to the tennis courts and convenient for players. Kitchen is well equipped, beds comfortable, the outdoor screen room is wonderful and so it the deck. Quiet and relaxing at night.

The UNIT was lovely. Everything about the Unit and surroundings were great BUT the neighbors upstairs sounded as if they were bowling and playing basketball from 7:00am until 12:15am. Very loud, it vibrated the ceiling.

Great Condo in a Perfect Location

We had a wonderful stay at this clean and comfortable 2-bedroom condo. It was neat, well-kept, and in a fantastic location, perfect for a relaxing vacation. We especially enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and easy access to local attractions.One thing to note: the tennis facility charges 20 per hour per person, which added up quickly with our family playing daily. Also, the cleaning crew arrived and walked in about an hour before our checkout time, which felt intrusive as we were trying to leave.Overall, we loved our stay and would recommend the condo; just be aware of the steep extra tennis costs per person and checkout timing.

Great Condo in Seabrook!

The property was as advertised and well appointed/clean. Very convenient to the marina and Freshfields Village for meals, shopping, and grocery needs. Getting to the beach was a fairly quick drive, with convenient access via boardwalks from designated parking areas. Communication with owner rep and setup for Seabrook community/unit access was timely and well managed. We will definitely consider this unit for a future visit to the island.

I was amazed at how stocked this rental unit was upon arrival. The host has really provided everything needed and more. From the coffee station to providing flat irons in both bathrooms, all the comforts of home. Only downside was location to the beach was much further then expected. DM’s not answered from VRBO app made communication a challenge, auto door lock app not functioning and needed to share spare keys with all guests not ideal. Would recommend unit if not traveling for a beach getaway.

Paradise in SC!

We booked this trip the day before as a last minute getaway. The booking process was really easy and the property sent easy to follow instructions and details for check in. The property was extremely clean which we appreciated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. The villa was a 6-7 minute drive from the beach where there was easy parking. The one downside of the property is that you can hear everything from the unit above. Unfortunately we did not get much sleep the first night as the tenants/renters who occupied that unit arrived home at 1:00 am and were extremely noisy until 4 am. The following night we were also woken up by footsteps above the bedroom which are extremely loud…. Overall we had a really nice time visiting and next time we will probably look for a second floor unit to rent.

We wanted a quiet and comfortable place for a 9 day stay with family. 2BD&2 BR and this fit the bill and more. The king sized beds were very comfortable with nice linens and decor The owner of this place made it feel like they really cared for us. Plenty of storage to unpack clothes, nice closets. The home has been nicely updated and in an upscale way. Wonderful bathrooms. Nice screened porch with lighting for nighttime. And a deck and a grill - we grilled out 3 times. Fully stocked coffee bar - everyone could get the coffee and creamer or tea they liked. Not stingy with the towels and a fully equipped kitchen. And a record player with albums. We enjoyed the Beatles album with our son! Most comfy condo we have stayed in our travels. Ride bikes, walked, shopped and fit in the Angel Oak, Tea Garden and downtown Charleston. Stay here for a wonderful and relaxing vacation.
