Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is perfectly situated just 2 minutes off a major interstate on the Birmingham side of T'town. Exit 77 while on I-20. It feels like we're out in the country but really not cause it's only a 15 minute drive to downtown and the campus of the University of Alabama.
What makes this property unique
