☀️WALK TO BEACH IMMACULATE GREAT REVIEWS HEATED POOL & SPA ☀️
Your vacation home away from home is an easy 15 minute walk to Vanderbilt Beach, voted in the top 10 beaches in the U. S. by U.S. News. The home features a private pool/spa, and is centrally located for all your vacation activities.
Naples, Florida has also been has been voted the happiest seaside town by Coastal Living.
Covid-19 update. For your peace of mind-Our licensed cleaning service thoroughly cleans and disinfects our home following CDC guidelines and practices between each and every guest to ensure our home is safe and clean for your stay.
Built in 2012 with an open floor plan, 12 foot ceilings, and wooden shutters. The home features pocket sliding glass doors leading to a covered lanai, a private, fenced yard with tropical landscape and a heated open air pool with attached spa. Mornings on the lanai are magical with the peaceful sounds of the birds. The home was completely and tastefully furnished with a calming beach decor to make for a tranquil vacation retreat. It is professionally cleaned and impeccably maintained keeping the comfort of my guests in mind. We have regularly scheduled lawn care, pool service and pest control. Best of all, it is a short 1/2 mile from the white sands and clear aquamarine water of Vanderbilt Beach. Close to the Ritz-Carlton, La Playa Beach Resort, Delnor-Wiggens State Park and the upscale Mercato dining and shopping pavilion. Grab the complimentary beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler and beach bags, either walk to or take a short drive to enjoy the day on one of the many local beaches. A State Park Beach Pass is available for your use which allows for free entry into Delnor-Wiggens or Lover's Key State Park. (A $6.00/car savings.) Rent jet-skis, kayaks, paddle boards, or a boat and explore the Gulf of Mexico. Soar above the ocean on a parasail, build sand castles, spend the day shelling or just sunbathe enjoying a good book you may find in my book collection at the home. Take in the sights, sounds, and smells of the salt water! Visit a near-by marina for a fishing charter or sunset cruise. Afterwards, enjoy the world-class shopping and dining all located within a few miles.
Shop for groceries at Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and Publix; all located within 1-1/2 miles of our home. Enjoy cooking in our gourmet well-equipped kitchen, grill poolside or pack a picnic for the beach.
After a day at the beach, The Mercato, a shopping & dining complex, is only 3 blocks away. Here, you can dine at the many restaurants and cafes, such as The Capital Grille, Rocco's Tacos & Tequilla Bar, Bar Tulia, Chipotle , Bravo!, Bar Tulia, and The Hampton Social. Grab a dessert at Grace and Shelly's Cupcakes, Kilwin's or Yogurbella. Check the schedule for live music or movie on the lawn. Have fun shopping at Nordstrom Rack, Tommy Bahama, Ulta, among others. Schedule a spa day at Zen Aveda Salon or 4ever Young. Linger over a cocktail at Blue Martini Cavo Lounge.
Enjoy a movie night at the Paragon Pavilion movie theatre 1.3 miles away.
Less than 1 mile from our home, dine beachfront at The Turtle Club at The Vanderbilt Beach Resort, The Grill or Gumbo Limbo at the Ritz, or The Baleen at LaPlaya Beach Resort. (The Turtle Club is a great place to enjoy a cocktail as you watch the amazing sunsets.) Sip a cocktail and enjoy a meal with a gorgeous canal view at Buzz's Lighthouse, a Vanderbilt staple since 1980.
Enjoy the rows of food trucks at Celebration Park ending at a full liquor waterfront bar. Celebration Park is a foodie destination located in the Bayshore District.
A short drive south on Tamiami brings you to up-scale shopping and restaurants at the Waterside Shops and The Villiage at Venetian Bay.
Continue Tamiami south to Olde Naples. Here you can spend an enjoyable evening strolling along Fifth Avenue South and 3rd Street South. You will find an irresistible mix of glamour and laid-back ease. This quaint area is packed with boutiques, restaurants, and nightclubs. Dine at the original Tommy Bahamas on charming historic 3rd Street South. Stroll along Fifth Avenue South and peruse the menus to choose your personal favorite! Don't forget to enjoy my favorite activity, people-watching! Stop by the famous Naples Pier, a community landmark since 1888, extending 1000 feet into the Gulf of Mexico. (Currently closed for renovation following the Hurricane.)
Nearby, Tin City, is a fun eclectic place to visit. Originally a 1920's clam and oyster processing plant it is now home to 40 original boutiques and 2 great waterfront restaurants that are priced for families! For those who want to explore Naples waterways, Tin City is also home to several charter and tour boat companies. Reserve a spot for a sunset, dolphin tour, or fishing charter.
Take a drive to the Everglades for a thrilling airboat tour. The Everglades is an amazing ecosystem full of wetlands and mangroves with a plethora of wildlife including alligators, turtles, manatees and more. The Everglades Rod & Gun Club is a historic local gem where visitors can eat in the same club where several presidents have dined.
From the house, drive north on Tamiami (Rt 41) to the outdoor mall in Estero, Coconut Point or for outlet shopping go to Miromar, an outlet shoppers' paradise with over 140 top designer and brand name stores.
Golfing is Naples specialty. Great golfing is not hard to find with over 25 public courses within a 20 minute drive.
Children will enjoy the Naples Zoo or the waterslides and lazy river at Sun-n-Fun-Lagoon Waterpark. Golisano Children's Museum is a great rainy day activity. The Everglades Wonder Garden in Bonita is a great place to meet flamingos, parrots, alligators and much more. Book a tour of The Bird Gardens of Naples, a nonprofit organization focusing on education, the welfare of captive birds and the conservation of wild species.. Here you can interact with 100+ birds from origins around the world.
Naples has many Beautiful Parks.
The Naples Botanical Garden is a beautiful 170 acre world-class garden paradise featuring plants of the tropics. It is a great space to connect with nature.
The children will love Cambier Park situated smack in the middle of Olde Naples with its enormous children's playground.
Bakers Park is a beautiful 1.5 acre park located on the Gordon River. It features a 1.3 mile trail with a view of the river, a playground and splash pad for the kids.
Freedom Park has a wooden boardwalk meandering through 50 acres of wetlands , lakes and viewing platforms.
The Gordon River Greenway is a well-maintained trail winding through palms and pine flatlands with elevated boardwalks over wetland sections.. It has several access points and connects to Bakers Park.
But most of all enjoy the home, right in the middle of it all. Enjoy the private fenced peaceful yard with its pool, spa and shaded lanai. Watch a movie together, take a walk or bike ride. Explore the many beaches within a short drive, make memories. After all, that is what a vacation is all about!

About the host
Hosted by Lori

I am a retired RN and my husband is an engineer from Ohio. We raised three beautiful children and have traveled to the beach every year for our family vacation. We always chose to rent a home because we like the space to play games or just sit and talk, and the convenience of being able to prepare some meals. We enjoy hosting so other families can enjoy our home as much as we do. Our home is not just another beach rental. It is our vacation home and well cared for.
We love the Naples beaches, weather, and sunsets.
While in Naples we spend most days at a local beach. Occasionally we drive to a beach, such as Lover's Key or Naples Pier. But mostly we walk or bike to Vanderbilt Beach or Delnor-Wiggens. Sunsets are a must and the Gulf sunsets speak for themselves. It is something you just MUST do. I love the relaxing feel of the area and know you will also!

Why they chose this property
We purchased our home in Naples Park after our first trip to Naples. We loved the lush and well maintained landscaping, the year-round tropical weather and the resort-like atmosphere of the Naples area. We chose Naples Park because of the neighborhood's close proximity to the area's beaches, wonderful restaurants and shopping which rival big cities. Mostly, we love being able to walk or bike to the beach.
Our home was built in 2012. We love the open floor plan, 12 foot ceilings, and private back yard with lanai, pool and spa. We love the quiet neighborhood and morning coffee on the peaceful lanai listening to the birds.
We tastefully refurnished the home with a calming and tranquil beach decor to allow our guests to fully immerse themselves in relaxation!
