Relax and enjoy your time in Hartville on a peaceful side street within walking distance to historic downtown!
We are located 2 miles from the Hartville Flea market and the Hartville Kitchen, and 20 minutes from the Akron Canton Airport, Football Hall of Fame, Gervasi Vineyard, Belden Village , The Strip, and an hour from Amish country .
Need suggestions of our favorite places in the area? Let us know and we are happy to share! There is a swingset and trampoline, as well as a large rope swing on the property. It is shared with our children, but guests are welcome to use as well. Guests must use front door entrance. Side door will remain locked. The attic loft is heated, or cooled, depending on the season, with a window unit. It will need to be manually turned on.

We loved our stay at the Red House. It was extremely clean, comfortable and perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable and we loved having the crib and toys for our kids. The coffee and tea station was a hit for us all too. The owners were very responsive when we had a brief issue.

Lovely, but warm

This charming home has been decorated nicely and the owners had a backer of goodies and bottled water in the fridge upon our arrival. The backyard is lovely also. Only complaint is that the third story was very warm (be sure to turn on the window ac upon arrival) and only having one bath was a bit annoying (yes, first world problem).

Gervasi Vineyard visit

The home was great, very clean and comfortable. The only recommendation we can say is handrails would be helpful outside in back door and up the steps inside. We are getting older and that would be helpful.

This property was lovely. The house is on a quiet street. It It is in walking distance to thrift and antique shops and a great ice cream shop. Also a short drive away to grocery stores. Lots of restaurant choices too. It was a great base for us to go back and forth to a flag football tournament at the Pro Football Hall of Fame (20 minute drive). The rooms were good size and the beds were very comfortable. There was even a separate small room with a crib for our granddaughter. There is a front porch with swing that we all enjoyed and a pretty backyard with patio. Plenty of parking in the driveway, but street parking was always available.The host was very responsive and met all our needs. Would definitely recommend!
