Located a short 2 minute drive to Deer Valley Resort's Express Gondola and a 10 min drive to Main Street, the best of Deer Valley/Park City is at your fingertips. Two beautifully appointed king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a bunk room that sleeps four, and a queen bedroom with two additional overhead bunks makes this an ideal multi-family escape. Curl up with a book and glass of wine by the fireplace, gaze at the stars while relaxing in the home's private 7-person hot tub or have fun with the whole family playing shuffleboard or foos ball. Hang up your skis and warm up to 12 pairs of boots in the boot warmer in the built-in ski storage area. This ideal ski escape is the perfect place to relax and make lasting memories with family and friends.

The space

This property is a newly built home (construction completed August 2023) in the Lakeside Mayflower Community that can accommodate 12 guests. The house feels open and airy as light floods in from the oversized windows and sliding doors. From the porch, see breathtaking panoramic views of the Jordanelle with a backdrop of Deer Valley and Mayflower slopes. Enjoy two patios with a private hot tub including built in wi-fi enabled speakers. The main floor is home to a spacious master, living and dining areas, replete with Viking appliances and a beautiful solid white oak dining table that seats 8-10. The kitchen island has seating for three additional guests. The upstairs is home to a second spacious master, as well as two bunk rooms, one of which also contains a queen-sized bed to accommodate adults. Both masters include en suite bathrooms and a desk should a quiet space for work be necessary. The bunk rooms share a spacious jack-and-jill bathroom.

Up for a little friendly competition? The house contains a 10-foot shuffleboard table and a regulation size foos ball table. For added fun, sing along with friends using the karaoke machine, which can be hooked up to the living room TV. Step outside and enjoy various hiking/biking trails, water-sports on the Jordanelle and soon-to-be complimentary ski shuttles to the Jordanelle Express Deer Valley Gondola. Also coming at the same time is the Lakeside Mayflower clubhouse, which will be equipped with a game room, hot tub, pool, as well tennis and pickleball courts. The Clubhouse is five doors away from the house and will also be the pick up point for the complimentary ski shuttle.
