This beautiful residence is a newly renovated Bayside Villa located on sunny Captiva Island. Boasting high-end finishes and beautiful coastal decor, this unit aims to please even the most discerning of guests. From the comfortable and well appointed furniture to the renovated kitchen and bathrooms, your family will feel like it is in the lap of luxury.



The Space:

This residence is a one bedroom, two bathroom Bayside Villa featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a large lanai overlooking the marina, and sleeping arrangements for up to four guests. The master bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and large vanity with granite countertops. The bedroom features ample closet space and a large flatscreen Smart TV. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests and flatscreen smart TV. The guest bathroom is located in the hallway just off of the kitchen and features a walk-in shower and vanity with granite countertop and is designed to function as a bathroom for guests sleeping in the living room.



Guest Access:

Included in the rental of this unit is the use of the many amenities at the Bayside Villas complex, including a heated pool, spa, grill and cooking area, and a communal laundry room. The unit is located within a ten minute walk to downtown Captiva Village where one can enjoy great dining and shopping. Our repeat guests prefer staying with us over booking through the resort as you are GUARANTEED the unit you book online, what you see is what you get! Staying with us guarantees you a fantastic unit, access to pools and beaches just a few minutes from your room, first-class guest services, and far more economical pricing.

The Neighborhood:

The unit is located only a short walk from the beach, allowing guests to enjoy either the tranquility and hidden beauty of the bayside or to wander any of the esteemed Captiva beaches surroundings.



Getting Around:

We recommend using golf carts and bikes to explore Captiva.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must complete a rental agreement. This is a non-smoking property on premises and balcony.

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

Host was responsive. You’ll love the unit if you love young loud children. They are up at 8:00am poolside with screams of laughter. Even better, it’ll continue thru the evening. Lots of loud door slamming and stomping above you throughout the night. So definitely a great place to stay for active families who love to monopolize the hot tub and pool. Not recommended for quiet relaxation.

Boater’s Paradise

Our family of 3 (our babe is almost 2) enjoyed four nights at this condo. We enjoyed the easy access to our boat (booked through South Seas Marina) and the view from the condo was fantastic. The pool was conveniently located next to our building and we grilled out every night. 10/10 experience. We’ll definitely be back to book this very condo!

bottom rack dishwasher broken. no ice - ice cube tray empty.bathroom vent coming unscrewed. extra pillows but no cases. we had a question prior to arrival- emailed through vbro messaging for 3 days with no response. We loved the location- loved the pool. Unit was clean and nicely done.

Host was prompt in answering questions and I felt very comfortable upon arrival. The tv console was broken but did not inconvenience us. However, I was quite disappointed in the bedding. Dust ruffle was old, shabby looking and on the bed in disarray. The pillows were hard- I was expecting more hotel quality in all the bedding- sheets, blankets etc. the mattress was very comfortable as were the towels.
