Enjoy this spacious, fully loaded condo located on the beach right next to the world famous Hotel Del Coronado w/views of downtown and the Bay! Perfect view for 4th of July fireworks! Bring your bathing suit, tennis racket, and sandals and you are set for a fun filled relaxing retreat! Swim, walk, bike, workout in the gym, surf, golf a round at the local course, take in some live theater, zoo, fine dining so much to do, or just sit by the pool or in the sand and relax! Updated one bedroom/one bath condo in beautiful Las Palmas building. Washer/Dryer in unit. Owner pays the first $50 per month for electric use, amounts above this will be charged against security deposit.
