We can estimate what the electrical bill will be during your stay. VRBO holds your security deposit as a reserve on your credit card. You will not have a charge on your credit for the $1,000 security deposit when you book. Therefore, we do not hold your security deposit.

You will be a guest of our family. We work hard to ensure that you will enjoy your stay. You can anticipate fresh flowers in the living room; a welcome basket of wine, cheeses, and fruit in the refrigerator; and everything you need to prepare coffee or tea on the kitchen counter. Read our reviews to know why our service and this condo are superb. Our family has owned condos at The Shores since 1976.

Please know that a family member of the owner will thoroughly inspect your condo the day before you arrive. A family member is available to greet you and take you through the condo, La Princesa, and The Shores, showing you everything you will enjoy during your stay. THIS CONDO IS NEWLY UPGRADED, WITH STAINLESS STEEL KITCHEN APPLIANCES, INCLUDING A BUILT-IN SUBZERO; GE PROFESSIONAL PROFILE MICROWAVE, DOUBLE-DOOR OVEN, AND GLASS COOKTOP; AND A SILENT BOSCH DISHWASHER. THE FULL-SIZED STACKED CLOTHES WASHER AND DRYER IS BEHIND A SOUND-PROOF DOOR IN THE HALLWAY. THE FURNISHINGS ARE OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY AND DESIGNER BRAND AND ONLY HIGH-END ACCESSORIES WERE SELECTED THROUGHOUT THE UNIT. Your one-bedroom, one-bath condo is an extremely large, 1,200 square feet, and is the largest one-bedroom, one-bath floor plan at The Shores. There is a super-abundance of storage and closets, including a walk-in closet in the bedroom. Your balcony is 26 feet long, not 10 or 12 feet long, and has a head-on ocean and Point Loma view from the 12th floor. The photos you see on VRBO are exactly what you see standing on the balcony or in the living room or bedroom looking directly toward the ocean, the sunsets, and Point Loma. The condo has central heat/air supplied by a quiet heat pump. This condo is quiet, and you hear nothing but the surf. Your large-load clothes washer and dryer are behind a soundproof door in the hallway of this condo.

Your condo in La Princesa Tower is centrally located within The Shores, just minutes to the world's most beautiful beaches and a six-minute walk to Coronado's shops, dining, and entertainment on Orage Avenue, including the world-famous Hotel Del Coronado. Orange Avenue in Coronado is dotted with delicious, reasonably priced cafes and delis as well as exotic restaurants. You'll find also find grocery stores, museums, and specialty shops. You can drive across the Coronado Bridge to enjoy La Jolla, Sea World, the San Diego Zoo, the San Diego Wild Animal Park, Balboa Park, the Gas Light District, Bario Logan, Little Italia, and Greece, China and JapanTowns, and a hundred other attractions.

Coronado Shores amenities include 24/7 doorpersons in each Tower, roving security guards, and staffed entrance gates. You will have absolute security and privacy. The huge, four separate pool and Jacuzzi complexes are located next to the beach and overlook the ocean, Point Loma, and the Coronado Islands. The Main Beach Club includes a bar and scheduled activities. There is a fully equipped gym with dry saunas and indoor whirlpools, tennis courts, and miles of walks. The 38 acres of landscaping is lush and meticulously cared for and has flower gardens, water features, streams, ponds, waterfalls, walks, and observation decks.

Storage and parking are generous. The bedroom has a large walk-in closet as well as loads of in-unit storage space, with additional storage areas and your private parking space for one car underground in the secured garage. There is ample parking in front of La Princesa for your second vehicle or your guests.

Each rental period does not include the last day of your monthly or term lease. We need this day to make the condo pristine for our next guest. Yes, we take an entire day to clean the condo, which means checking everything and cleaning it.
