On street parking and parking in private parking lot immediately across Gulf Blvd. Walk out the back door and you are at the beach. Beach towels and chairs provided. View the spectacular Florida sunset from the large balcony in comfortable wicker chairs. Major transportation close to the front entrance. One of the largest swimming pools in the area with lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas. Restaurants and shopping close by. Available now at $160.00 per day plus 13% tourist tax. 7 months lease is also available without 13% tourist tax. 60 DAYS MINIMUM RENTAL . $2000 Security Deposit required + $200 Cleaning Deposit.
