The house was beautiful and perfect for our family’s week at the beach! Ryan was very easy to get in touch with and super helpful as needed throughout our stay! Listing just needs to clarify to bring your own linens.

Beautiful updated house on the bayside of LBI. We loved it’s proximity to Acme, skipper dipper and our relatives. Communication with the owner was great, he responded promptly to any questions or concerns. This property was dog friendly! Highly recommend!

We had an excellent vacation at Perfect Oasis. The home is beautiful, location was wonderful. Couldn't beat walking to the grocery store 2 blocks over or walking across the street for ice cream at Skipper Dipper. Communication with host was perfect. House is clean, could not have asked for a better stay. Look forward to returning next August.

Beautiful home packed with amenities, beautifully decorated, Excellent yard for after beach Barbecues. Easy access to the beach and bay and a short walk or ride to Acme. Also minutes from every kind of shopping and family activities. The owners are fantastic folks and make you feel welcomed and want to assure a wonderful stay. We comfortably slept 8 family members. The home is beautifully updated. We Loved the design of the showers and bathrooms and the outdoor shower which is really spacious. We have owned a home on LBI for many decades and had to sell, however we return to rent each summer. This was one of the nicest rentals we have had in 8 years.

Over the past 40 years, we have rented vacation homes throughout the Northeast (including 20 years on LBI) and have never been to a more fully equipped home. Centrally located, the home was beautifully designed and decorated. The kitchen was completely stocked with every utensil you might want. The spacious backyard with automated awning, grill, dining table and fire pit nestled among decorative trees was a welcome retreat from the beach. Ryan, our host, responded immediately to the few questions we had during our stay. It was a wonderful vacation!
