This is a beautiful, contemporary home, with all modern amenities you would expect to have in a luxury hotel. This is a large, ranch house with 2 apartments, East and West, separated by a single garage. This is the West side and the largest apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Couples or families welcome. Our covered patio, with beautiful furniture and stainless grill, faces the heated pool and waterfall. Covered patios in both units face the pool. Nobody uses the pool at the same time and some don't use the pool at all, so there is plenty of privacy. We are in a very private and quiet location with a park like backyard facing Boynton Beach Golf Club and borders Boynton Beach. Very private patio facing the pool and waterfall, with stainless grill. This house will sleep 6 comfortably, brand new pillow top mattresses, 60' flatscreen with surround sound, HD cable and high speed wireless. All new furniture and complete with all sheets, blankets, and towels. The location of the property is close to great restaurants in every direction, including Target, Starbucks, Total Wine, Red Lobster, Bonefish Grill, Italian and pasta restaurants, Steak restaurants, pubs, movie theaters just 10 minutes in any direction. Palm Beach is 20 minutes, downtown Lakeworth 15 minutes, Delray Beach is 20 minutes, Lakeworth downtown 15 minutes, Disney World is 2 hours, and Wellington is 15 minutes away. We are really close to Wellington, where the Polo Club is during the winter season and for all the Equestrian Shows. We also have extra room for trailers for horses. Tranquility and convenience

Perfect getaway. Private, quiet and convenient. All was as advertised and access was easy. Though glass was frosted, I would have preferred blinds on master bath window. Master bath shower was wonderful! Plan to stay again when visiting family in the area.

Fantastic VRBO!

My family had the most wonderful time staying at Swans Nest. The kitchen was fully stocked. The place was immaculately clean. Peter was extremely responsive. The beds were very comfortable. The pool is so quiet, peaceful and such a great place to relax. We highly recommend this VRBO. Thank you Peter for allowing our family to stay in your home. We can’t wait to come back!

In town for a wedding and the property was perfectly located from the venue. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with anything you need. The decor was very tasteful and nice. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice place reasonably priced.

Why they chose this property

This is a very unique, home, with a large park like backyard, very quiet and private, with a heated pool with a waterfall. Our property is close to all the great places we love about Florida. We are close to the horse and Polo shows in Wellington, 2 hour drive from Disney World and Universal Studios, 15 minute drive to Lake worth Beach and boardwalk, 20 minute drive to City Place in Palm Beach, 1 hour from Miami, and 30 minutes from Hard Rock resort Hotel in Hollywood, Florida

What makes this property unique

We are really close to Wellington, where the Polo Club is during the winter season and for all the Equestrian Shows. About a 15 minute drive to Wellington. We also have extra room for trailers for horses.
