Stylish Mid-Century Florida house in a residential neighborhood. The house is perfectly maintained, high-end furniture (Roche Bobois ) and vintage pieces. The 42 foot salt water pool is right on the river. The house has plenty of light (impact windows ) and open onto the pool and the river via sliding doors (all have screens) .Enjoy the outdoor as much as the house, with a heated salt water pool , outdoor sound system, amazing river views, gas BBQ, designer outdoor furniture, 3 kayaks, Outdoor shower (hot and cold) and cabana/laundry room with toilet).
The river side is lined with 4 beautiful Royal Palm trees. The private dock is the perfect location for sunset drinks :-). 3 Kayaks and 2 bikes are at your disposal in order to explore the Venice of the Americas. Fishing rods at your disposal too if you want to try your luck from the 70 feet seawall or the house private dock.

My partner is from New York and we got married in June 2015 .We live between our house in Wilton Manors Florida and the house in Fort Lauderdale.

You can not beat the location (best kept secret of Fort lauderdale :-)) , the house is furnished with taste with tons of light and the views are amazing (river/pool/palm trees).I keep a 21 foot runaboat at the house's private dock but it is not for rent.
The house is in a residential (only single family homes ), secure, trendy and quiet neighborhood (no outlet road). The house is overlooking Wilton Manors accross the river, close to everything. The house is tastefully furnished , I am a mid-century modern lover :-)
The house has a certificate of compliance for vacation rental, and is inspected once a year as per the city requirements.

Tropical eden in a central location. Beautiful salted water and heated pool on the river. Stylish upscale waterfront property where you will feel serene and at home. Secure and residential neighborhood (only single family homes ).
The house has plenty of light, with impact/hurricane glass sliding doors + windows (all equipped with screens) opening on the pool / dock.The house is furnished with high end furniture and vintage pieces. , all the mattresses are excellent quality (firm), all king size , all white bed linens and towels, duvet and duvet cover, mattress and pillows protector.
