This recently built custom home located walking distance to a Lake Michigan beach has it all - security fenced private pool, outdoor hot tub, 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms on two levels, outdoor living and dining areas, and an entertainer's kitchen with separate pantry and bar area. The primary suite overlooking the pool is a true retreat; an attached spa bathroom features a wet room with soaking tub and large walk-in shower.

The home has been carefully curated by a noted Chicago designer; mid-century art and furnishings are complemented by all new, high quality mattresses, bedding and linens.

Outside, relax all day on the screened porch, on the sun deck, in the hot tub, or in the 16 x 41 in-ground, heated pool. Dine al fresco on the patio just off the screened porch.

On the main level, the open living plan features a large living room with fireplace, seating for 12 between the dining area and huge island, and a fully stocked dream kitchen with quartz countertops and upgraded appliances. Also on the main level are an office area, two bedrooms with a shared bathroom, laundry area, and powder room accessible from the pool and patio.

The lower level includes a large den and game room area with TV, a game table and foosball table, two more bedrooms and a bathroom. A ping pong table is set up in the garage.

A short walk from the house is the Wau-ke-na nature preserve, where a flat walking trail through coastal habitat leads to a public Lake Michigan beach.

Within a short drive are wineries with tasting rooms, you-pick orchards, public beaches, and the charming towns of Douglas, Saugatuck, Fennville and South Haven, with highly regarded restaurants, and shopping options including boutiques, antiques and farmers markets.

After booking is confirmed by Vrbo, we will execute a contract separately. This is a standard rental agreement that is required by my insurance company and shouldn't contain any surprises.
