About this property

The Salty Dog Lake House is pet friendly on the army corps walking path right to Lake Lewisville/Stewart Creek Park (boat launch, picnic)! Pactice mindfulness looking at the huge salt water aquarium in the living room! You will love the remodeled in-ground pool. This is the 3 bedroom + loft /2bath home has a fantastic kid's sleeping loft with books, games! You've got to book this place for a Vacation Your Way!

Brand new remodeled 3 bedroom (plus kid's fun sleeping loft!) and 2 baths. In-ground brand new beautiful pool! short walk to Stewart Creek park and boat launch. Walk the other way to delicious Angelica's Mexican food!

Note: Next door- our neighbor is building his house. There is could be construction noise 7 AM-10 PM. We have requested none on Sundays (but we cannot control their choices) For this reason we have priced accordingly - dropping our prices for this inconvenience.

Master suite has a king bed, kid's fun sleeping loft with 2-twins and full bathroom.

The other side of this home is 2 bedrooms- a Queen in each room and a hall full bathroom. Queen bedroom 1 has a surprise- a secret chic speakeasy back room with large couch and TV for fun get-a-way chill time!

Huge living room with a large Salt water aquarium! Amazing to see these beautiful creatures to get you in a lake adventure mood!

Huge kitchen and dining room!

Fireplace in dining room is just aesthetic- it is not a working fire place.

Dining room has brand new table with 6 chairs and 3 breakfast nook stools.
Outdoors has patio furniture, lounges, chairs, table.

Great Stay for Families

Property has a nice location, and the large fish aquarium is wonderful if you have small children. The property still needs a little updating and was missing some basic amenities, but the bedrooms and pool fit our family's needs well. There is also a wonderful walking path around a large lake and a huge park only about a 5 mins drive away with sand volleyball, fishing piers, picnic areas, kayaks, and many other things. The neighborhood seemed very safe and friendly.
