► Property Overview:
This charming 2-story home with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a Den, is very welcoming and comfortable. The master bedroom, located on the first floor, features a King bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a spacious walk-in closet. Upstairs, you will find 2 additional bedrooms, each with a Queen bed and TV, and access to a shared hallway bathroom. The second floor also boasts a versatile den, doubling as a cozy TV room or an Office for remote work.

The first floor is dedicated to relaxation and entertainment, featuring a well-appointed living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a family room with a TV and a gas fireplace. Enjoy the seamless indoor-outdoor flow with access to the backyard oasis.

NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
- Please respect check-in and checkout times.
- Primary renter must be over the age of 25.
- The maximum occupancy for the property may not be exceeded at any time.
- Host may request a photocopy of the renter's ID for verification before check-in.
- This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
- Maintenance/Vendors schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. While we expect the schedule days and times to be every other Tuesday for pool maintenance and last week of the month for Landscaping maintenance, that can change without notice to us. Guests should understand that such vendors must be able to access the home as well as service the property so we request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay.
- Absolutely no parties or loud music.
- This is a NON-SMOKING property.
- This is a pet-friendly spot. If you are allergic or don't like pets, this might not be a good fit!

PET POLICY:
- One adult dog up to 20lbs allowed. Cats are not allowed anytime.
- Dog must be house and potty trained and cannot be left alone or on furniture.
- Pet fee is required and non refundable
- Guest assumes full responsibility for all and any damage caused by the pet during the stay. Pet fee is not meant to cover accidents to carpets and/or furniture, nor picking up after your dog or excessive fur cleaning; pet owner will be held responsible for all and any damages.
- Please do not let your dog go in the pool to avoid additional charges.
- If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation canceled immediately.

PET ETIQUETTE:
- Control their barking - if you have a loud dog, please never leave it in the home alone.
- Don’t let them treat everything like a fire hydrant (inside and outside the home).
- Play is fun, but silence is golden - be respectful of the neighbors.
- Keep them on leash while outside the home.
- Always pick up after your dog.

- May encounter potentially dangerous animal: From time to time you may see wildlife, bobcats or coyotes in the neighborhood.

Home Sweet Home!
This house is spectacular! Very clean with tasteful decorating and is in a wonderful quiet location. The back yard is even better than the pictures and truly makes this property special. The response time and communication with host was outstanding! Clean and spacious garage with everything you would possibly need. The kitchen was outstanding and inspired us to cook it was so well equipped. Not only nice Bosch appliances, but Frigidaire and Breville are all seemingly new and needless to say great quality. From the small things like the quality of the paper napkins to the Calphalon cookware and Zwilling cutlery, this place is well organized and a class act. There was a wonderful assortment of spices, oils and pantry items and Keurig coffee is always a bonus! It was a welcome touch to have staples in the fridge and cupboards when we arrived as well! Bedrooms/Bathrooms are well equipped with nice bedding, plenty of nice towels, shampoo, conditioner and bath soap (that smells like AVEDA) along with air fresheners, cleaning supplies, plush toilet paper, curling iron, hair dryer and even a heating pad. I could go on and on. You've thought of everything! Wonderful property and we would highly recommend! Thank you!
